February Median Selling Price is up 21% from 2010 and 6% from 2009
The number of transactions in February was down 1 unit from 2010, though up 33% from 2009, the median selling price was up 9% to $337,500 and up 27% from 2009.
- FEB Sales Volume is down 5% (18 vs 19) from 2010 & is up 20% from 2009
- YTD Sales Volume is up 5% (40 vs 38) from 2010 & is up 33% from 2009

The number of transactions in February was down 5 units from 2010, though up 8% from 2009, the median selling price was up 9% to $337,500 and up 27% from 2009.
